Samsung Rapid Mode Not Working

My non-empirical test results tell me Rapid Mode should be on, as long as I have the RAM available to support it as it can suck up to 4GB. Here are the numbers from before and after: These are with Rapid Mode OFF. I captured this while the 2nd test with Rapid Mode on was running which is why you see it sitting at 92%. If the memory is not large enough, the Rapid Mode may cause BSOD to your computer. Step 1: Download and open Samsung Magician. Step 2: Ensure the supported drive is selected from the drop-down box. Then, change the Rapid Mode toggle to on. Step 3: Click OK and then Yes button.

I attempted to contact Samsung about my issue, but I was informed that the email and chat support isn't available for the SSD products and I have to call. That's so 90's. Anyway, I thought I'd try my luck here before wasting time on a phone.
The Samsung Magician software for my 840 EVO is showing my CPU as 0.80Ghz and doesn't meet the minimum requirements of 1.0Ghz to enable RAPID mode. If you look at the specs below, you'll see that I shouldn't have an issue.
Has anyone else experienced this and know how to fix it?
